What do I do?

A pretty solid question, right?

And genuinely one that, many years ago when I started in this industry, I wouldn’t have been able to answer.

I thought I did it all. In retrospect I tried to do it all. If I received an enquiry from a prospective client I would say yes 99% of the time, regardless of the goal, and just wing it along the way if something was a little out of my skill-set (any of my old clients reading this I can only apologise if I was shit, but you taught me a lot and for that I am eternally grateful)

Where this was probably a poor decision on my behalf, I managed to learn a lot about a huge variety of people and essentially became a jack of all trades. The key learning point here is that I was still a master of none.

It was only around 2 years ago where I began to truly hone in on what it is that I do, the type of people that I help and the service that I provide.

Ultimately, I’m in the transformation business. Now, I imagine many of you are in the same boat with this, but, I am starting to hate the word transformation as it is becoming so overused and seems to have lost all meaning.

A transformation for me, and how I envision it and provide it to my clients is all encompassing. It goes far beyond the physical. I provide lifestyle transformations. Yes, your physical appearance will change drastically during your time with me, but the overall transformation runs much, much deeper.

It’s about teaching you to take control of every aspect of your life, eliminating limiting beliefs, working diligently towards a result and always exceeding your expectations.

This might seem a little bit far fetched coming from a personal trainer and not a ‘life coach’ but, believe me, I’ve seen it with my own eyes and continue to see these positive changes unravel in every single one of my clients every damn day.

So, what do I do? I change lives for a living. And it’s F**cking Awesome
